Green Valley South is a neighborhood in Henderson that is part of the larger, master-planned community of Green Valley. This neighborhood is located off of the I-215 freeway within 10 miles of the Las Vegas Strip, Green Valley South provides residents the many perks of living in a private, secure community with the added benefit of living in close proximity to the exciting city of Las Vegas. Green Valley South offers a variety of housing options that include single-family homes close to parks, schools, and a myriad of places to shop and eat.

Silverado Ranch is a large neighborhood within the city of Henderson, just a few miles south of Las Vegas. Consistently listed as one of the safest cities in the United States, Henderson caters to residents living a fairly affluent lifestyle. This family-friendly city prides itself on a comprehensive park system that makes it a great place to raise a family. Within Henderson, Silverado Ranch has remarkably easy freeway access, making it a great choice for those commuting to work in Las Vegas or to school at the University of Nevada. Most of the homes in the neighborhood are less than 30 years old. The local amenities here also make Silverado Ranch a comfortable and fun place to live.

West Sahara is a community designed in the 1980s around a man-made lake that provides a feeling of coolness and relaxation throughout the neighborhood. About 5 miles west of the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, West Sahara finds itself encompassed by more modern, primarily residential neighborhoods, such as Summerlin and Spring Valley. Due to its location on the western edge of the city, West Sahara homes offer big-city thrills amid a scenic, domestic neighborhood that values culture, activity and a warm and welcoming attitude that is represented by the local citizens.

The master-planned neighborhood of Peccole Ranch is located on the western side of Las Vegas with Summerlin as its neighbor. Peccole Ranch was built on land originally owned by the Peccole family. Most of the homes in this neighborhood were built in the mid-1980s to 1990s. The 640-acre community contains over 3,000 homes, 284 acres of common areas, and 46 acres of green space. Homes in Peccole Ranch come in a variety of styles and prices to create a truly diverse community. Peccole has a lot of character and is a great place to call home.

Sun City Summerlin is Del Webb’s first active adult community in Las Vegas, Nevada. This neighborhood is located within the Spring Mountain Range. With 7,779 homes, Sun City Summerlin is the largest active adult community in Nevada. This 55+ community spans across 2,400 acres that boast grand views of the surrounding mountains and the Las Vegas Strip. The elevation of the neighborhood offers cooler temperatures and cleaner air than communities in the lower elevations of the Las Vegas Valley. Sun City Summerlin is part of the Summerlin master-planned community on the western edge of Las Vegas.

The area was named after a secluded hill that is separated from the Red Rock National Conservation Area, known as “Lone Mountain”, which is a remote, rocky butte northwest of central Las Vegas. This area is considered to have some of the most desirable homes in Las Vegas. While there is an increase of prosperous new construction at the western foothills, there are still a number of horse ranches, natural terrain, and parks that remain here. Lone Mountain is a well-established community that continues to attract interest from buyers looking in the Las Vegas area.

The Lakes is a planned community located within the city limits of Las Vegas, Nevada. This hidden area, often confused with Lake Las Vegas, is small in size, only spanning two square miles. It is situated in the western part of the Las Vegas Valley near the Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Areas. The centerpiece of the community, and its namesake, is a large, man-made lake, Lake Sahara. This lake is also where the neighborhood gets its namesake. It consists of a blend of gated communities that are made up of large, single-family homes, condominia, commercial areas, and offices.

Tule Springs in Las Vegas, Nevada, is one of the larger urban retreats in the Las Vegas Valley. It is a significant desert ecosystem consisting of a series of small lakes that formed an oasis in this area of the Mojave Desert. Both the springs and the Tule Springs Ranch are located within the Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs which is operated by the City of Las Vegas. Tule Springs Ranch is listed as a district on the United States National Register of Historic Places. The ranch was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981.

The neighborhood of Spanish Trail Lane is located in southwestern Las Vegas, Nevada. In a section of Las Vegas recognized for its private and prestigious neighborhoods, Spanish Trail stands out as the first guard-gated community anywhere in the city. Originally developed in the 1980s, Spanish Trail Lane is now one of the most well-known neighborhoods in all of Nevada. Rhodes Ranch, Las Vegas is a 1,500-acre planned golf course community located in the southwest region of the Las Vegas valley. The homes of this community surround an 18-hole Ted Robinson designed golf course. Residents began moving into this neighborhood in 1998 and the building continues today. The golf course is a privately-owned public access facility. There are no equity or social memberships involved and residents receive a discount on golf. There is a 35,000 square foot recreation facility called the R-Club, that is fully equipped with exercise areas, indoor basketball courts, racquetball courts, and four tennis courts.
