About West Sahara

West Sahara is a community designed in the 1980s around a man-made lake that provides a feeling of coolness and relaxation throughout the neighborhood. About 5 miles west of the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, West Sahara finds itself encompassed by more modern, primarily residential neighborhoods, such as Summerlin and Spring Valley. Due to its location on the western edge of the city, West Sahara homes offer big-city thrills amid a scenic, domestic neighborhood that values culture, activity and a warm and welcoming attitude that is represented by the local citizens.
